3rd Cerora patent application accepted, 2nd in Australia patent office

Yardley, PA, April 16, 2018 – Cerora learned formally in writing from our patent counsel, Mike Dunnam, Esq., formerly BakerHostetler now at Schwegman, Lundberg, Woessner (Minneapolis, MN), that the company was successful in the prosecution of Cerora’s third patent application “Form Factors for the multi-modal physiological assessment of brain health” to accepted matter before the Australian patent office on January 24, 2018, with a Notice of acceptance for patent application dated 6 February 2018. Cerora consulting engineer Gary S. Kath of Design-to-Prototype and CEO Adam J. Simon are identified as inventors. This is the second application to be accepted in Australia and was officially published in the Supplement to the Australian Official Journal of Patents on 15 February 2018. This stems from an application filed by Cerora in March 2013. More details will follow.
